Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply when you purchase a paid subscription or other paid services on the NLTS platform.
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of paid subscriptions and other paid services (“Paid Services”) offered under the trade name “NLTS” (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They complement the Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Service, these Terms of Sale shall prevail with respect to the Paid Services.
2. Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) or other currencies as specified, inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated on the pricing page. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect the current billing period already paid. Promotional offers are subject to the conditions communicated at the time of the offer.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for Paid Services are processed by Stripe, acting as Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. If a payment cannot be collected (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), access to the Paid Services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
4. Subscription, Renewal, and Upgrade/Downgrade
Paid subscriptions are recurring (e.g., monthly or yearly), as indicated at checkout. Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew and the applicable fees will be charged. Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated charges where applicable. Downgrades typically take effect at the end of the current billing period. Specific billing details are available in your account or at checkout.
5. Cancellation by the User
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@nlts.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, during which you retain access to the Paid Services. Unless required by mandatory law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
6. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. You may exercise this right by sending an unambiguous statement to support@nlts.app within the 14-day period.
For digital services supplied immediately upon subscription (including immediate access to the NLTS platform), you expressly acknowledge that the service begins before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. By completing the purchase and accessing the Service, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Where applicable under consumer law, a proportionate amount may be charged for the service provided prior to withdrawal.
7. Refund Policy
Without prejudice to statutory consumer rights, our general policy is that payments are non-refundable and no credits are provided for partial periods of service. Refunds may be granted where required by law or where the Paid Services were not provided due to a fault directly attributable to us. Any discretionary goodwill refund does not create a precedent or ongoing entitlement.
8. Suspension and Termination by the Provider
We may suspend or terminate access to Paid Services in accordance with the Terms of Service, including in cases of non-payment, fraudulent activity, or serious breach of contractual obligations. Suspension or termination due to your breach does not entitle you to a refund, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of France shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
